NAC uses eEvents as its exclusive online provider of tickets to the New Albany Classic. NAC makes no representations or warranties as to the ticketing services offered by eEvents, the security and/or privacy of the information provided by you to eEvents, and is not responsible in any way for the failure of your computer, electronic transmission of information or any other failure to purchase tickets through the eEvents website. E-Mail Sent To NAC:

Staff members at NAC have broad discretion as to the handling of e-mail sent to their individual accounts. NAC reserves the right to track or record such correspondence when circumstances warrant. We do not have a policy of sharing contents of e-mail with any other entities. However, we reserve the right to disclose such correspondence as necessary to protect the company's legal interests.

Policy Regarding Minors:

Children should always ask parents before providing any personal information online. No information should be submitted to or posted on NAC’s website and/or Facebook page by any minor (a person under 18 years of age) without the consent of a parent or guardian. NAC abides by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
