NAC makes no representations or warranties as to the ticketing services offered by eEvents, the security and/or privacy of the information provided by you to eEvents, and is not responsible in any way for the failure of your computer, electronic transmission of information or any other failure to purchase tickets through the eEvents website. Staff members at NAC have broad discretion as to the handling of e-mail sent to their individual accounts. NAC reserves the right to track or record such correspondence when circumstances warrant.
